Corporate workshops
I prepare and run corporate workshops focused on soft-skills, mainly emotional intelligence, assertiveness, communication, teamwork, conflict resolution, mindfulness, and stress management.
As a lecturer, I collaborate with agencies První česká vzdělávací, ATAP, Odyssey and Agender. At present, I recommend you the Mindful Leadership Program. My trainer’s profile (including references) can be found here.

Open workshops
I publish the offering of open workshops for the public and professionals/therapists on a separate website mindfulness.cz. In addition to my own courses, I currently participate in projects such as Beyond Psychedelics, Psyon, and Grof® Legacy Training – Holos. I am preparing for a two-year training in Mindfulness-Informed Integrative Psychotherapy starting in September 2025.

My office is situated in the centre of Ústí nad Labem, approximately 20m from the Hraničář cinema. The building is on the corner of Masarykova Street. There is a Piknik café on the ground floor of the building. The office is situated in the attic on the 3rd floor.
